Actress Apoorva Arora got introduced to Kannada audiences for the first time in 2013. After featuring in some films as the girl next door, the actress is all set for a makeover as she plays the role of a bold young rebellious woman in ‘MuguluNage’. The actress was away from the Kannada film industry for two long years and recently opened up in an interview. “I was waiting for the right project to come along, and the team of MuguluNage was just that. I met Yogaraj sir four years ago at an audition and he somehow remembered me and got in touch with me for this film,” she said.
The despite the presence of three other actresses in the film, Apoorva is confident that she will be able to make a mark through the film as she feels that she has got plenty of time on screen in the second half. This film is special for Apoorva as this is the first time that she has dubbed her own voice for a Kannada film. The actress had some difficulties in perfecting the way she speaks Kannada in the film. Apoorva further revealed that she has become fluent in Kannada now and she is thankful to the entire team of ‘Mugulu Nage’ team for that as they were very supportive throughout. The actress also recalled how she got to drive a tractor during the film’s shooting which was a lot of fun and something which she always wanted to do.
